recipe from the woods - chocolate chips cookies

hi there!

i'm in england for the first time ever, visiting my sister. i love it here i will be sharing more about it soon but today i want to post short recipe from the woods.

this recipe was much more complicated so i had to do easier versions for myself.
you know i like quick and easy!
so i just pulled out all the ingredients on the kitchen table and mixed them up.

i used the orginal recipe to made my own one!

everything ready!

dry ingredients waiting for wet ones!

melted butter mix with brown and white suger, eggs and vanilla extract

 mixed ingredients! smells yummy!

i didn't have orginal chocolate chips so i used chocolate soft candies!

ready to be put into the freezer

after almost 2h in the freezer ready to bake!

cookies and a good book is everything for a cold winter evenings!

to make chocolate chips cookies you need:
- 280 grams all-purpose flour
- 1tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 170 melted butter
- 135 grams brown sugar
- 100 grams white sugar
- 1 egg and 1  egg yolk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- chocolate chips (as many as you want)

mix all the ingredients; form a ball of dough and insert for 2 hours in the freezer. pull out the dough from the freezer and wait 15 minutes, then shape into cookies. bake in a preheated oven at 170'C for 11min.

easy and fast! enjoy!

i adopted this recipe from sally backing addiction on her blog you can find how to make the most delicious cookies, cakes and desserts ever!
